Stressbuster sessions give you an easy, sometimes light-hearted approach to mindfulness and meditation. This is primarily intended for those with some experience (e.g. if you have attended other mindfulness sessions with us) – yet it is open to all.

We discover what the group wants and needs on a particular day, so feel free to come along just as you are – we can find a mindful way to support and inspire you! 

This term the sessions are held on Thursday evenings, in person:
