Student Support

What is a workshop?

  • Workshops are one-off events with a defined topic.
  • Each workshop is facilitated by experienced practitioners.
  • Most workshops run for 90 minutes.
  • In-person workshops are held at the Student Services Centre.

During a workshop, you'll be encouraged to reflect on the causes of a common difficulty and develop practical coping strategies.

Sign up for a workshop

Most workshops are open to all students, but some are exclusive to specific groups, so make sure to check the eligibility before signing up.

If there's availability, there’s no limit on the number you attend in one term. You can register for multiple workshops using one form; there's no need to submit more than one.

Make sure you're available for a workshop before filling out a registration form. Please complete your registration at least 24 hours before the workshop starts.

You can search and register for workshops running this term below.

What happens after you’ve submitted a form

You'll get a text message to confirm your place on the workshop(s).

If the workshop is online, you'll receive the MS Teams invitation to attend up to a day before it starts.
