In week 1, we offer 30-minute taster sessions online. Here, you do a short, relaxing meditation. You meet your mindfulness teacher, Dr Elizabeth English, and have the chance to ask questions. You can also discuss whether mindfulness is a good choice for you just now and explore the different options for mindfulness this term.

Join the session online 

Sessions run Tuesday 25 April, Wednesday 26 April and Thursday 27 April 2023. 

Attend either session flexibly, as suits you on the day:  

  • 4:00pm-4:30pm 
  • 6:00pm-6:30pm
