All student support services are based in the Student Services Centre.

• The Accessibility and Disability Resource Centre is located on the ground floor.

• The following services are on the third floor:

  • University Counselling Service

  • Harassment and Violence Support Service

  • Postgraduate Wellbeing Service

  • Mental Health Advice Service

Staff members at reception on the ground floor are happy to help if you are unsure where to go.

You can access the building via:

• Bene’t Street

• The archway on Free School Lane

• Pembroke Street (entrance to the New Museums Site)

Operating hours

• We're open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (excluding Bank Holidays).

• If your course schedule means you’re unable to attend appointments during these hours, please get in touch.
