Mindfulness proves helpful to many students. Mindful practice can improve your wellbeing and your ability to study with focus and enjoyment. Our mindfulness sessions are free of charge, through the University of Cambridge Student Support Department, and open to any student affiliated to a Cambridge University College.

We offer a varied mindfulness timetable of different workshops, classes and courses. Bookings for the 3-week courses are now open. Please go to the individual course page to book your place.
